Michelle Wilson is XanGo’s General Counsel. She joined the company in September 2005
Our legal department protects our company and its brand in markets around the world. Michelle has played a key role for the past 4 ½ years in helping to develop and execute an effective legal strategy as XanGo continues to launch new products and expand into new international markets.
Since becoming XanGo General Counsel in the Fall of 2008, Michelle has continued to provide strong leadership and to offer strategic counsel to XanGo’s Board and executives. She is also a respected member of XanGo’s executive management team, providing seasoned counsel as we develop and implement our global growth strategy.
In addition to her leadership at XanGo, Michelle is a well respected member of Utah’s legal community. She has served on the Mountainwest Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and from 2007-2008, Michelle served, as a Governor Huntsman appointment, on the Fourth District Judicial Nominating Commission, which selects nominees for judicial vacancies in the Fourth Judicial District. She brings a combined 16 years of legal experience to XanGo, having spent 10 years in private practice as an associate attorney and as a partner at Aldrich, Nelson, Weight, & Esplin.
